How do I get started?
It's easy to get started with your own GE Z-Wave Wireless Lighting Control System. Start with a simple two-piece scheme, such as a GE Z-Wave Remote and Lamp Module, and then add more modules for advanced functionality.
Step 1
Select the lighting devices in your home that you want to control.
Step 2
Connect a control module to each lighting device.
Step 3
Sync the control module on the lighting device with the remote. That's it! You can now control those devices with a push of a button.

Sally: I started with just the GE Z-Wave Advanced Remote and several GE Z-Wave Lamp Modules. Installation couldn't be easier! I just plugged the module into the lamp and quickly synced it to the remote using the straightforward LCD menu screen. |

Jared: We wanted to control the lighting throughout the house so we could quickly get to our baby Sam when he cried at night. We used the GE Remote and several GE Dimmer Switches. Not only did they allow us to control our overhead lighting, but Kate also loves the contemporary and convenient in-wall dimmers. |

Michael: I carefully planned our GE Z-Wave Wireless Lighting Control System to include every room of the house, and used the GE Advanced Remote, Dimmer Switches, Duplex Receptacles, Lamp Modules, and Outdoor Modules. Even though the large system took some preparation, I was able to easily install the entire system in a weekend. I recommend sketching a plan to organize the project. |
