Return policy for products purchased from a local retailer:
If within retailer’s return policy date, return the product to the local retailer for exchange or refund.
If beyond retailer’s return policy date but still within the product warranty, please contact us at 800-654-8483 option
#1 to obtain approval (Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. CST).
If you cannot contact us during business hours, product can be sent prepaid to the address listed below. The following documentation must be included: proof of purchase, your complete name, contact phone number, physical shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) and reason for return of the product. Any missing information could result in processing delays.

Products purchased from jascoproducts.com may be returned within 30 days of date of purchase.
The product and proof of purchase should be shipped prepaid to the address below.
Refund of the product only will be issued upon receipt of goods. If you prefer a replacement product be shipped, please include a request with the product.
If the product is beyond the 30 day return policy, please call 800-654-8483, option #2 for approval. If approval is given, the product and proof of purchase should be shipped prepaid to:
