After you've outlined your zone and sensor plan, installation is only a matter of manually mounting the sensor and assigning the sensor to a zone.

Assigning a sensor a zone features an easy four-step process.
Step 1 – Press and hold the Learn button on the Control Center.
Step 2 – Press the zone button to assign a zone.
Step 3 – Release all buttons.
Step 4 – Activate the sensor.

Using the system is just as simple. The entire system is managed from the Control Center, where you can arm/disarm the alarm using your personal four-digit code; select chime, alert, or alarm modes; and add, remove, and reorganize sensors and accessories.
