Scholarship Program

The goal of Jasco’s scholarship program is to provide a free education to eligible team members to obtain a college degree at Mid-America Christian University.

Degrees include:

• Associates in Arts and Ethics
• Bachelor of Science in Management and Ethics
• Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Ethics
• Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministries
• Master of Business Administration
• Master of Arts in Leadership

Gift Matching Program

Jasco’s gift matching program is to help foster a culture of giving by matching charitable donations made by team members to their preferred charity. A matching gift may range from $25 up to $500 per team member per calendar year with up to three requests per year.

Giving Hope Volunteer Program

Jasco is always encouraging team members to serve as volunteers in community programs. Jasco has committed to sponsor and organize certain volunteer events for team member participation. Jasco will also make a donation gift to any approved non-profit organization based on team member volunteerism.

Corporate Care Program

A specially-trained chaplain is available 24/7 to team members to guide and encourage them when they face difficult challenges. Whether it’s guidance for health, financial, chemical dependency, support during hospital stays or funerals, or other life issues, assistance is available for direction or referral options. Spirituality is not emphasized unless specifically requested.

Financial Peace

In 13 dynamic on-site classes, team members learn how to conquer debt, build wealth, find bargains, invest for the future, give like never before and more! And Jasco pays for 90% of all materials!

A Weekend to Remember

Even the best marriage needs nourishment to keep it growing. That is why Jasco sponsors the Weekend to Remember conference in support of strong marriages.

Health & Wellness

Jasco will reward team members up to $40 for participating in approved wellness programs; gym memberships, weight watchers, etc. Join one of several partnered gyms and receive a corporate discount.
