Sales Administration Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sales Administration Specialist to provide sales administration efforts, to include preparation of documents, correspondence, quotes, and presentations for National Sales Managers.
Also assists in preparation of sales effort for trade shows, compiles literature packets for distribution, maintains mailing lists and verifies accuracy of monthly corporate sales reports. Provides continuous support of sales team requests and questions to include mailing to satellite offices, forwarding mail and e-mail information when traveling.
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Two years of administrative experience is required. Must be proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and 10 key. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines.
