Our Benefit Package

Our Benefit Package

We believe our benefit package to be quite comprehensive. We have designed our benefits to attract and retain quality team members.

Incentive Plan

Our incentive plan is quite special. It is designed to include every Jasco team member and is calculated monthly based on "net income" which translates to a specific incentive percentage. Each eligible team member receives that percentage of his or her monthly pay. Ideally, we would like the percentage to average 6% annually or higher. There is no cap - the better we perform, the higher the incentive becomes.

401(k)

Team members are eligible to enroll in our 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 3 months of service. After one year of service and 1000 hours worked within a 12 month period, team members are eligible for a match of 100% of deferral contributions not to exceed 4% of compensation. The match is guaranteed and is 100% vested.

Health Insurance

Team members are eligible the first of the month following 3 months of employment.

Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance - eligible the first of the month following 3 months of employment.

Life Insurance

Company paid benefit - eligible the first of the month following 3 months of employment.

Long Term Disability Insurance

Company paid benefit - eligible the first of the month following 3 months of employment.

Vacation and Sick Leave

Team members receive up to two weeks of vacation each of the first four years of employment, three weeks of vacation in the fifth year of employment and four weeks of vacation starting in the tenth year of employment. Four hours of sick leave is accrued for each month worked. Sick leave can be carried over and accumulated up to 120 days to protect a team member and his/her family against a major illness.

Employee Assistance Program

Team members and eligible family members can receive FREE confidential support and guidance with their personal challenges from professional clinicians. This benefit provides up to six visits per issue each year.

Other Benefits

A 125 Flexible Benefit Plan is available that allows pre-tax money to pay for medical and childcare. Eligible the first of the month following 3 months of employment. Voluntary supplemental plans are also available.
